This baking book is not only beautifully presented, it has tons of delicious cookie recipes inside. There are recipes for those who are just starting out, those who don't like to use a lot of ingredients, and like myself, the baker who just loves to bake. That is the main reason I wanted this book.
There are classics like Chocolate Chunk and Thumbprints, and others like Butter Pecan Cookies, Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars, and the recipe on the front cover, Brookies. None of these are difficult to really make, and they don't have ingredients that you would find difficult to locate at your local grocery store. There are holiday cookies also, and small batch cookies if you just want enough for a day or two.
With the many recipes there is something for everyone, and I am glad that I got this book. I will use it many times over. Highly recommended.
